EQUS is seeking full-time Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will support General Counsel and the Leadership Team in providing general legal services, with a focus on commercial tasks. Responsibilities will include providing advice on legal matters, legal research, interpretation of legislation and its application to EQUS’ business, as well as commercial agreement preparation and review. The ideal candidate will possess some knowledge of the administrative law process, the regulatory environment EQUS operates within, and should have some working knowledge of the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC).
