2021 Member Satisfaction Survey

EQUS' Annual Member Satisfaction Survey is an important tool that helps us to ensure that the level of service we are providing is meeting the needs and expectations of our members.

This survey allows us to gather feedback on the past year of service and provides EQUS members an opportunity to share any questions or concerns. The information collected will also inform the Board of Director's strategic planning for 2022.

EQUS members will find a paper copy of their survey included with their July billing, and EQUS e-members can find the link to the online survey in their August e-newsletter. 

Every survey returned complete by October 1, 2021 will be entered in to win a $500 power bill credit, or one of two $100 power bill credits.
