2022 Member Survey Results
Thank you to all the EQUS members who took the time to complete and return their annual member surveys over the past three months.
We appreciate the feedback that was received, as it helps us ensure that our services are meeting and exceeding the expectations of our members.

We are pleased to be able to share the full results from the 2022 Annual Member Satisfaction Survey:
- 99% of respondents are satisfied with the service received at their Area Office
- 99% of respondents are satisfied with the response time for service at their Area Office
- 99% of respondents are satisfied with the service received from Corporate Office staff
- 98% of respondents are satisfied with the service they received for an outage during business hours
- 97% of respondents are satisfied with the service they received for an outage outside of business hours
- 97% of respondents are satisfied with the response time for service during an outage
- 99% of respondents are satisfied with the service they received from EQUS staff in the field
- 98% would recommend EQUS to a friend, family, or colleague
- 98% believe that EQUS is their best option for distribution services
- 98% are satisfied with their overall service from EQUS
Congratulations to EQUS members Robert and Kathleen Patrick, who won the $500 bill credit, and to the two EQUS members who won the $100 bill credits for completing and returning their surveys.
