Every survey submitted before October 1, 2023 will be entered to win a $500 power bill credit, or one of two $100 bill credits.

EQUS' Annual Member Satisfaction Survey is now available for 2023. Members who receive their bills/newsletters in the mail each month will find a paper copy of the survey enclosed with the August mailing. All EQUS members can also complete the survey online. This survey is an important tool that helps us to ensure that the level of service we are providing is meeting the needs and expectations of our members. Share your comments and questions, and let us know how we're doing!

• by email to communications@equs.ca; or
• bring it with you to the upcoming Member BBQs or Family Fun Days.
